SecureDesk and its sister company PSA Professional Solutions having been based in of Thame, Oxon for over 26 years moved to premises in Aylesbury in 2016.

Simon Neal
Managing Director
Simon has a passion for helping people. He started his career as a software engineer many years ago before taking a very different direction when he moved to Uganda with his Wife and started a charity Every Life that works in the slum communities in 2009. Then in 2015 when they returned to the UK where he started Great Oaks IT and began working as a contractor for SecureDesk.
In April 2022, he bought SecureDesk from Phil and merged his Sole trader business Great Oaks IT into it.

Andrew Machell
Senior Support Engineer
Andrew began working for SecureDesk in December of 2022 as an IT expert and amongst him many IT skills he also has a wealth of technical experience and is particularly skilled in Apple Technology.
He has spent 10 years at a vibrant local church responsible for all the IT, technical and audio visual aspects.
Prior to that he worked as a technical engineer for a local printing firm covering web to print software, servers, Apple Macs and design services.
